FAQs
1. How do I place an order?
When placing an order for our products, the buyer communicates with us by phone or email. Alternatively, he/she can physically visit our head office in Purana Paltan or the factory site in Savar. We provide a written quotation on the company letterhead per the buyer’s requirements, and finally, the buyer places a Work Order with an advance payment.
2. What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept:
1. Accounts Payee Cheque
2. Cash Cheque
3. Bangladesh Electronic Fund Transfer Network (BEFTN)
4. Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS)
5. Cash on delivery
3. How do I buy in large quantities?
We maintain a stock of the most common products and can deliver promptly per the customer’s order. For some customized products, we usually take 30 days once 75% advance payment is made on the Work Order.
4. How is the product shipped?
Once we receive the payment from the customer, the customer has the option of using the services of our trucks (on payment) or carrying the product by his/her own arrangement.
5. What is your return policy?​
We adhere to strict quality control. Potential buyers are encouraged to visit our factory to inspect and approve the product purchased. All sales are final.
